Two women in conversation on stage

The WIF & ReFrame FYC Guide

2024-2025 Scripted Television

The Invisible Becomes Unmissable

This campaign is a bold step toward rewriting the narrative of who gets seen, celebrated, and hired in Hollywood. When the industry knows their names, their work, and their worth, it paves the way for more doors to open, more stories to be told, and more honors like the Emmys to reflect the true diversity of excellence in our field. This visibility fuels a ripple effect: more inclusive hiring, more projects that qualify for the ReFrame Stamp, and a more equitable industry where representation isn’t the exception, it’s the norm.

FYC GUIDE CRITERIA
The WIF & ReFrame Series FYC Guide highlights the contributions of women, nonbinary, and trans individuals who 1) work on a domestic scripted television series, 2) are eligible for awards categories that significantly lack gender inclusion (historic numbers less than 50% per ReFrame Stamp reporting), and 3) work on projects aligned with the Emmys eligibility period of June 1, 2024 – May 31, 2025. This guide and its contents are the exclusive property of WIF and ReFrame. WIF and ReFrame reserve the right to determine all editorial content and selection criteria. ReFrame does not track data for unscripted, nonfiction, reality, or documentary programming.
